This is made possible by a close relationship with Lubrizol, the American Additives Company, and facilities available in the well equipped laboratory at the QALCO plant, where equipment such as atomic absorption is included. QALCO warrant products to be of genuine quality and free from defects, either in material or workmanship. Any complaints receive immediate attention, and a visit by QALCO technical personnel.

Ongoing technical support from QALCO is an integral part of initial and after sales service.
